Half-Day Workshop
Enterprise Scrum
Ken Schwaber returns to Sweden and Citerus in April 2008. This half-day workshop will give practical guidance to those trying to implement Scrum at an enterprise level.
Ken Schwaber and Citerus proudly invite the public to a half-day workshop in Enterprise Scrum in Gothenburg, April 9, 2008. The fee for attending is SEK 6 000 (excluding taxes) and includes coffee and snacks.
Do not miss this opportunity to meet one of the co-developers of the Scrum process, and learn more about the challenges of Scrum at the enterprise level. The number of seats for this class is limited, so please make sure to register in good time! Enterprise Scrum Agile development methods, such as Scrum, have been shown to produce improvements in speed, quality, and cost. However, the practices within Scrum, such as self-managing teams, are often so different from the norm at most enterprises and cause an organizational reaction. The productivity and quality benefits of Scrum pose a compelling reason to make such changes, though, and as Scrum crosses to the mainstream, executives need to know how to manage the necessary change processes. In addition, managers and employees alike want to know what the change means to them, personally. With case studies and exercises, this workshop gives managers, product owners and Scrum masters knowledge of how to extend Scrum from one or two projects within an engineering organization to the larger enterprise. It also addresses the questions that newcomers have regarding process, interaction, reports, habits, trade-offs, and more. Target audience Venue Citerus can help arrange accommodation at the location for participants; please contact info@citerus.se for more information. Ken Schwaber Citerus |
